1. There is currently no charge to musician members for their listing or consideration of listing at musicshowcase.com. As such, no compensation of any sort may be accepted or requested in consideration for inclusion into the voting system or potential spotlight status.

2. All Ethical Guidelines must be followed to remain an active member.

3. No mass email is allowed, period.

4. Direct contact if initiated via email should be done through our online contact system. We do this to avoid multiple contacts. If you contact a musician acquaintance outside of our system that is perfectly fine. However, that is not the preferred method.

5. You may not misrepresent yourself. Stating or implying that you work for, or are an agent of musicshowcase.com would be a form of misrepresentation. There are contact guidelines that you will receive upon acceptance. Please follow them.

6. Any business cards, banners, or advertisements should be of the approved form. You will have access to these once you receive a login.

7. All copyrights must be observed. If an artist allows you to link to post their info on your own personal website you may do so, otherwise you may link to the artist pages at musicshowcase.com but you can't post their material to your own website without their permission.
